Camelot Community Care in Tampa, FL is looking for a Director of Adoption Support to lead the daily operations of the Adoption Support Program. You will recruit, hire, train, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality services within the Dependency System and privately adopted families.
The role supervises a team of 4 Adoption Counselors, ensures data accuracy, and maintains program reports while building community partnerships. A Master’s in a Human Services field is required with MSW preferred.

The Director of Adoption Support plays a key leadership role in guiding the daily operations of our Adoption Support Program; helping ensure children and families receive compassionate, high-quality support throughout their adoption journey. Our program serves children and families in Hillsborough County during and after the adoption process within the Dependency System, while also providing valuable services to families who have adopted privately. In this role, you will lead and support a dedicated team of clinical professionals by recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, and empowering staff to deliver exceptional services. You will foster a collaborative, supportive team culture while ensuring the program operates efficiently and effectively. The Director is also responsible for overseeing contract compliance, maintaining accurate program data, and ensuring the timely submission of all required reports.
