Qualifications

• BSW/BA in Human Services; or MSW/MA preferred.
• 2 years direct experience in Foster Care/Adoption preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources and child welfare statutes.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing case management until adoption is complete.
• Conducts adoptive home studies and updates for prospective families.
• Coordinates recruitment plans and match meetings for children.
• Documents timely and clearly for all case activities.
• Travel as needed and may use a personal vehicle.
• Facilitates team meetings and collaborates with supervisors.
• Ensures adherence to trauma-informed care and agency values.
