Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Manager, Adoption & Enablement for NA Operations. The role supports successful adoption of strategic initiatives across North America, including AI-enabled capabilities and standardized processes.

You will translate changes into readiness plans and learning solutions, working with leaders and site stakeholders to drive adoption across multiple locations. Candidate should have 5+ years in change management, strong communication skills, and PROSCI certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, change management, communications, human resources, or a related field.
• PROSCI or other formal certification in Change Management or Organizational Effectiveness.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in change management, adoption and enablement, organizational effectiveness, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and enablement workstreams for large-scale, multi-site enterprise technology implementations or transformations.
• Translate operational changes into practical readiness plans, communications, and learning solutions.
• Develop readiness criteria and coordinate adoption activities across pilot, rollout, stabilization, and sustainment.
