Broadway Care & Rehab Center in Oklahoma seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the DON and lead nursing staff in providing safe, compassionate care to residents. The ADON will help develop policies, supervise the nursing team, and ensure compliance with clinical guidelines.

This full-time role requires Oklahoma RN/LPN licensing and strong leadership. The position emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, performance improvement, and maintaining a safe,

Qualifications

Infection Control Certification preferred.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
RN or LPN license for state of Oklahoma is required.
Prior nursing management/leadership is preferred.
Ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care to residents in a manner conducive to safety and comfort.
Initiate development and implementation of policies and procedures for nursing staff.
Ensure 24/7 nursing services are provided.
Establish and maintain job specifications for nursing staff.
Coordinate with Administrator and service managers for budgeting and staffing.
