Job summary

Broadway Care & Rehab Center seeks a compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing staff and support the DON, ensuring high standards of resident care in Oklahoma. The role emphasizes policy development, staffing, and interdisciplinary collaboration to maintain regulatory compliance.

The ADON will oversee 24/7 nursing services, participate in performance improvement, and mentor nursing staff while maintaining strong communication with residents and families.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN licensed in Oklahoma.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Prior nursing management experience preferred.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff under the Director of Nursing (DON).
• Develop and implement nursing policies with other services.
• Ensure 24/7 nursing services coverage.
• Oversee staffing plans and efficiency to ensure optimal resident care.
• Maintain documentation per policies and regulations.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
