Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to advance resident care and nursing excellence in our Texas facility.

This leadership role supports regulatory compliance, staff mentoring, andQuality care oversight. The successful candidate will be a licensed RN in good standing, with strong clinical judgment, geriatric experience, and a restorative care philosophy.

Competenze

• Must be a licensed nurse in good standing.
• Demonstrated leadership/management experience.
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Restorative care philosophy with strong assessment and communication.
• Working knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Mansioni

• Support floor staffing and coverage as needed.
• Oversee resident care, including MDS, care planning, infection control programs.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and delegate nursing duties based on census.
• Review and maintain up-to-date resident documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing teams to design individualized care plans.
• Ensure access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources.
• Conduct infection control assessments and implement measures.
