Job summary

Hampton Court Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with strong leadership skills to support the Director of Nursing Services in delivering high-quality resident care in a Florida facility.

The ADON will oversee nursing staff, participate in budgeting and staffing decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with the development and implementation of care plans, policies, and procedures in accordance with federal and state standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Florida.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local nursing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff performance and ensure high quality patient care.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling and budget considerations.
• Develop and implement nursing services policies and procedures.
