NHS Management, LLC in Ocala, FL is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our nursing department and support the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. The ADON works with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor staff, and drive continuous quality improvement across the facility.

Experience in long-term care, strong leadership and communication skills, and thorough knowledge of federal and state

Qualificações

• 3+ years of nursing experience required.
• 1+ year of supervisory/management experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Director of Nursing with the daily management of the nursing department.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and facility requirements.
• Ensure nursing documentation is complete, accurate, and timely.
• Make daily rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, safety concerns, and operational needs.
• Follow up on changes in residents’ conditions and report findings.
