Civita-Care-Center is seeking an attentive and knowledgeable Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help oversee the nursing department and ensure compliant, high-quality resident care at our skilled nursing facility. The ADON will assist with planning, organizing, and implementing nursing procedures and projects while supporting leadership and staff development.

The role emphasizes strong communication, budgeting, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on supervision to maintain excellent staffing

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience as Charge RN in SNF preferred.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial reporting helpful.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Willingness to stay current with nursing administration standards.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of the nursing home.
