Elderwood Administrative Services seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) for West Roxbury Health & Rehabilitation Center. You will help lead the nursing team, strengthen clinical practice, and ensure residents receive compassionate care in a 76-bed facility in West Roxbury, MA.

You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to advance clinical priorities, maintain survey readiness, and support staff development across the Elderwood network.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in nursing leadership and supervision.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and resident outcomes.
• Supervise and develop nursing staff.
• Serve as Infection Control Preventionist.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement, and care planning.
• Step in as Director of Nursing when needed.
• Support staffing, onboarding, and ongoing training.
