The ADON will supervise nursing staff, coordinate with physicians, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee medication administration in a memory care and sub‑acute setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2–4 years' nurse leadership experience in long-term care.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.
• Experience with geriatric psychiatric population.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs, supervises and evaluates nursing care.
• Supervises non‑professional staff.
• Assigns nursing and staff; follows up on results.
• Establishes a positive work environment for patients and families.
• Communicates resident changes to physicians and families.
• Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
