Royal Westerly LLC in Westerly, RI is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead nursing care across long‑term and memory care units, delivering resident‑centered care with strong clinical judgment and teamwork.

You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in case management, and collaborate with physicians. This role offers a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, weekly pay, and benefits starting on day one under our Work Today, Get Paid Today program.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership in long-term care.
Experience with geriatric psychiatry population is desirable.
Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, direct, supervise and evaluate nursing care for clinical and financial outcomes.
Provide professional guidance to non‑professional staff.
Ensure assignments match staff competencies and patient needs.
Schedule and monitor nursing care and staffing levels.
Support patients and families to maintain a positive work environment.
Report to the Director of Nursing promptly and accurately.
Communicate significant changes to physicians and families.
Educate residents and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant resident records and documentation.
