Reliant Care Management Company in Brockton, MA is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care.

You will oversee staffing, policy development, care plans, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with clinicians; a RN license and prior ADON/DON experience are required. Qualifications

• Must have an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Previous DON/ADON experience required.
• Experience with elderly care, MDS/Care Plans, and behavior management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee nursing department, including staff management and patient care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff.
• Ensure adherence to resident rights and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Provide leadership to nursing staff to foster a positive work environment.
