River Falls Post Acute in Marietta, SC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON, RN) to support the Director of Nursing and oversee clinical operations. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure resident care meets regulatory standards, and drive quality improvements in a 44-bed setting.

• Strong knowledge of nursing regulations, survey readiness, and clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and supervising nursing services.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of nursing staff.
• Assist with coaching, performance evaluations, and corrective action processes.
• Provide leadership to licensed nurses and nursing assistants; backup to the DON as needed.
• Conduct rounds, monitor resident conditions and care delivery; ensure quality care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and high-quality care; collaborate with families and physicians.
• Participate in QA/QI initiatives and ongoing staff education.
