Church Hill Post-Acute and Rehabilitation Center in Church Hill, TN is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in managing nursing operations and delivering resident-centered care.

The ideal candidate will hold an RN license, have an associate degree or higher, and bring long-term care management experience along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of operation is required.
• Experience in Long-term Care or skilled nursing management is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities
