Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for our skilled nursing neighborhood in Pensacola, Florida. The ADON will support clinical leadership, supervise nursing staff, and help ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, has at least five years of clinical experience (preferably in long-term care), and has experience with in-service education and supervision.

Qualifications

• Current State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of five years’ clinical experience; preferably in a long-term care setting.
• Experience with in-service education.
• Clinical supervisory experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of principles of nursing care and Federal and State regulations governing long-term care facilities.
