Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; BSN preferred.
- Progressive nursing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or related healthcare setting.
- Knowledgeable in state and federal regulations governing long-term care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff under the Director of Nursing Services.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Plan and direct work assignments with safety in mind.
- Coordinate staffing and replacements as needed.
- Manage timekeeping corrections and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
