Lakeshore Rehabilitation Center, part of Monarch Healthcare Management, seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the DON and oversee licensed and non-licensed staff ensuring quality resident care. The ADON manages occupational health, staff development, infection control, and safety committees to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in Minnesota.
• Interest in safety regulations, accident prevention, disaster preparedness, and infection prevention/control.
• Interest in teaching professional and non-professional staff.
• Basic computer competencies or willingness to train.
• Flexible with working hours and able to work independently.
• Able to perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Background check per Minnesota DHS guidelines.

Responsibilities
