Margate Health & Rehabilitation in Jefferson, North Carolina is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. The ADON helps organize and direct the Nursing Service Department and serves as a leader in the absence of the DON.

The candidate must hold a current, active RN license and have at least two years of supervisory experience in a nursing care facility, with duties including on‑call rotation and maintaining required Board of Nursing

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license required.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a nursing care facility.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct the Nursing Service Department and act as a leader in the absence of the DON.
• Assist with maintaining records and reports required by the Board of Nursing.
• Assist with visiting and communicating with residents and participate in on-call rotation with other nurse managers.
