Pineville Rehabilitation and Living Center in Pineville, NC is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) RN to join our clinical leadership team in a full-time, leadership role. The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing in organizing daily operations, staff development, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a agency-free environment.

The role emphasizes RAI/MDS coordination, quality improvement, and collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to deliver

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina (NC)
Experience in Skilled Nursing/LTC facilities
Strong nursing leadership and staff development skills
Solid understanding of CMS regulations and survey readiness
Experience with MDS/RAI processes, care planning, and quality improvement
Strong communication and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing department operations
Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop nursing staff
Coordinate staff education and in-service training
Ensure licenses, certifications, and competencies are up to date
Support RAI processes, MDS completion, care planning, and regulatory timelines
Participate in QAPI initiatives and survey readiness
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to improve resident outcomes
Act as Director of Nursing as needed
