The Laurels of Salisbury is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in planning, coordinating and managing the nursing department. The ADON may assist with infection prevention and provide orientation for new staff.

Formación
- RN with management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
- Skilled Nursing Facility and LTC experience REQUIRED*
Responsabilidades
- Assure licensure and credential verification for nursing staff.
- Assist with scheduling and guest rounds to assess quality of care.
- Maintain charting and documentation of care and medications.
- Help develop staffing plans reflecting guest needs and population.
- Participate in budgeting for nursing supplies and staffing.
- Stay updated on managed care, Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
