Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily clinical operations and nursing services.
• Supervise, train, and support nursing staff with a hands-on leadership style.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
• Participate in care planning, quality improvement, and risk management programs.
• Help drive staff engagement, retention, and performance.
• Step in for DON when needed to ensure seamless leadership continuity.
