Reliant Care Management Company in Missouri seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead the nursing team and oversee patient care, policies, and regulatory compliance. You will mentor staff, develop care plans, monitor performance, and ensure HIPAA and resident rights.

RN license required with prior DON/ADON experience; strong leadership and collaboration with healthcare professionals are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory experience required.
• Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice with prior DON/ADON exposure.
• Rehabilitation focus and wound care experience; familiarity with Medicare A & B.
• Experience with MDS/Care Plans and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee aspects of the nursing department, including staff management and patient care
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
• Ensure adherence to resident rights and HIPAA confidentiality
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote a positive work environment
