Responsibilities

• Hiring new nurses and overseeing onboarding and training.
• Creating schedules to ensure adequate nursing coverage for all shifts.

• Monitoring expenses to stay within budget.
• Holding staff meetings to review patient status.
• Conducting employee evaluations to identify strengths and improvements.
• Making rounds to assess patient status and observe nurses.
• Checking patient records for accuracy and timeliness.
