Job summary

South County Health Care Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead the nursing department and ensure high-quality resident care. You will oversee staff, develop policies, and collaborate on individualized care plans.

The role requires an unencumbered RN license with DON/ADON experience, strong leadership, and a focus on compliance, MDS/Care Plans, and behavior management support for residents.

Qualifications

Unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
Previous DON or ADON experience required.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and HIPAA.
Experience with MDS/Care Plans and rehabilitation focus.
Willing to work with behavior management residents and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee nursing department including staff management and patient care.
Develop and implement nursing policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
