Qualifications

• Virginia RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and regulatory compliance.

• Supervise, coach, recruit, hire, and onboard nursing staff.
• Coordinate orientation, staff education, QAPI, and infection prevention activities.
• Investigate incidents and concerns per regulations.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, residents, and families.
• Assume DON responsibilities in the DON’s absence.
