Epic Healthcare is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) and Infection Preventionist to join our clinical leadership team. This role blends nursing leadership with infection prevention to advance resident safety and quality care.

You will supervise staff, implement infection control programs, and ensure compliance with regulations while supporting the Director of Nursing. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse committed to excellence and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of New Jersey.
• Experience in ADON, Infection Preventionist, or nursing leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of infection prevention and regulatory requirements.
