The ADON will serve as interim DON when needed, lead quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Compensation ranges from $86,000 to $94,000 per year, and the role is full-time on-site with VOA’s

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification is required.
• RN license in good standing with State Board.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing supervisory/management experience in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care program and ensure high quality of care.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and empower nursing staff; act as interim DON in their absence.
