Job summary

Thousand Branches Wellness-Therapist- IOP for adolescents is a startup-style clinical position within a Thousand Branches Wellness location, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services (UHS). The role involves outpatient mental health services for adolescents, with both in-person and virtual operations in Houston, TX, and supportive opportunities for professional growth within UHS’s network.

You will contribute to clinical operations, assessments, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Clinical assessment and individual/group therapy.
• Interdisciplinary treatment planning and case conferencing.
• Discharge and safety planning.
• Documentation and charting in electronic records.
• Treatment planning, progress notes and outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
