Sheppard Pratt is seeking an adaptable per diem caregiver to support the Adolescent Mood Disorder Unit. You will work under licensed nurse supervision to plan and evaluate patient needs, participate in ongoing clinical orientation, and contribute to crisis intervention and stabilization for adolescents.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Advanced degree in a human services field strongly preferred, either in progress or already obtained.
• Past direct care or related experience strongly preferred.
• Must be available to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Responsabilidades

• Under the close supervision of a licensed nurse, assist in planning and evaluating patient needs based on individual behaviors and conditions.
• Participate in extended clinical orientation and training through Sheppard Pratt’s Clinical Education Department.
• Support multi-disciplinary assessment, evaluation, crisis intervention, and stabilization of adolescent patients.
