Job summary

Sheppard Pratt’s Meadow Unit on the Baltimore/Washington campus is seeking a Social Worker or Counselor for the Adolescent Unit in Elkridge, MD. You will provide social work services to a caseload of patients aged 12–17 within an interdisciplinary team and support treatment plan goals and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a school accredited by the Council of Social Work.
• Must possess one of the following Maryland licenses at time of hire: LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of social work services to an assigned caseload of patients in support of treatment plan goals and discharge plans.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to implement and adjust care within the adolescent unit.
