Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for IOP-Adolescent services in Washington, DC. You will lead individual and group therapy, develop trauma‑informed plans, and coordinate with psychiatrists and nurses in a collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes ethical, patient‑centered care with opportunities for professional growth, a strong clinical focus, and a meaningful impact on adolescent and adult clients.

Qualifications

Two years of direct clinical experience in mental health treatment
Experience with adolescents and adults
Familiarity with CBT/DBT/ACT
Comfort with EMR
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

Provide individual and group psychotherapy
Develop and maintain trauma-informed treatment plans
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists
Provide crisis support through on-call rotation
Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
