Job summary

Embark Behavioral Health - Rockville is seeking passionate therapists for our PHP and IOP programs serving adolescents and families. This on-site role is based at 1445 Research Boulevard, Rockville, Maryland, with a full-time schedule.

You will deliver individual, family and group therapy using evidence-based practices, develop and adjust treatment plans, provide parent coaching, ensure compliant documentation, and contribute to a collaborative, compassionate clinical culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Maryland licensure or eligibility for LMSW/LGPC/LGMFT (Associate/Provisional) or LCSW-C/LCPC/LCMFT (Fully Licensed)

Responsibilities

• Work with clients ages 12-28.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans centered on client needs.
• Provide parent coaching and maintain consistent family communication.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with Maryland regulations.
• Collaborate on discharge planning and outcome tracking.
• Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all aspects of care.
• Contribute to a positive, team-based clinical culture that values compassion and results.

Education
