Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is hiring an Adolescent PHP Therapist for our Columbia, MD location. You will lead individual and group therapy for adolescents in PHP, developing trauma-informed, client-centered treatment plans while integrating care with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes evidence-based approaches (CBT/DBT/ACT) and collaboration with psychiatrists and nurses, with a focus on accurate documentation and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical mental health experience.
• Experience with CBT/DBT/ACT and trauma-informed care; EMDR preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adolescents in PHP levels of care.
• Develop trauma-informed, person-centered treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
• Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment approaches to support insight.
• Design and deliver process, psychoeducational, and skills groups.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists to provide integrated care.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, discharge planning.
• Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
