Qualifications

Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments, including DSM-V and ASAM criteria.
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with the team.
Provide direct care through individual and group therapy sessions, including psychoeducational groups.
Deliver interventions grounded in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, trauma-informed care, and other modalities.
Coordinate care with referral sources and external providers; case management and discharge planning.
Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment options, recovery strategies, and coping skills.
Maintain clinical documentation aligned with state and CARF standards.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and other providers for co-occurring needs.
