Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare is seeking compassionate Mental Health Technicians (Community Coordinators) to support adolescents at our residential treatment facilities in Loudoun County, including Waterford and Leesburg. Salary: $21–$25 per hour with a $500 bonus after 90 days. Eligible candidates have a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Must pass background checks and hold a valid driver's license. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 2:30pm–11:00pm or Sunday-Thursday 2:30pm–11:00pm.

Qualifications

• Education requirements and preferred degree.
• Experience with adolescent care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients to daily activities and ensure safety.
• Use intervention and communication skills with clients and families.
• Follow Joint Commission policies and infection prevention procedures.
• Assist in medication management with clinical team.
• Maintain residence cleanliness and safety.
• Engage with residents to foster a caring community.
• Document activities in the electronic health record.
