Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare in Loudoun County, Virginia, is seeking a Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) to support adolescents at residential treatment facilities. You will coordinate transport, supervise activities, and work with clinical staff to ensure a safe, caring environment for clients aged 12–17.

This full-time role offers evening shifts (three options), competitive hourly pay of $21–$25, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred.
• Background check required.
• Valid driver’s license with insurance eligibility.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and navigate stairs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and transports clients safely to daily activities, ensuring timely arrivals and participant safety.
• Uses intervention and communication skills with clients, families, and staff daily.
• Adheres to Joint Commission policies and infection control procedures.
• Collaborates with the program nurse and clinical team on medication management and documentation.
• Maintains residence cleanliness and contributes to a safe, healthy environment.
