Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner or PA-C to provide essential clinical care for children, teens, and young adults. The role emphasizes diagnostic expertise, family engagement, ethical practice, and continuous improvement within Lyra’s provider network.

You will conduct live 30-minute video intake appointments with follow-ups, perform psychiatric evaluations, and manage medications. In-person options are preferred to meet diverse patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or PA with PANCE certification; additional psychiatry credentials preferred.
• Unrestricted state license
• Minimum of 2 years in practice
• Preference for NP/PA-Cs with DEA license
• Preference for NP/PA-Cs with minor experience
• Must have office space in Yardley to see clients
• Ability to provide care across a full range of diagnoses with in-person options preferred
• Full-time resident of the United States

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via 60-minute intake appointments and regular follow-ups
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document recommendations, message patients, and manage medications
• Adhere to evidence-based treatment guidelines and pursue continuous improvement

Education

PMHNP program graduate (accredited)

PA with PANCE certification (accredited)
