Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to provide essential clinical care across a network of in-person and virtual providers in the US. The role emphasizes diagnostic expertise, family engagement, and ethical practice, with scope for leadership in medication management and treatment planning.

You will conduct 30-minute video intakes and regular follow-ups, perform psychiatric evaluations, and coordinate care with evidence-based therapies and coaching services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program; OR graduate from an accredited PA program with PANCE, with psychiatry-focused credentials preferred.
• Unrestricted state license
• Minimum of 2 years in practice
• Preference for additional certification or clinical experience with minors

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in line with best practice guidelines.
