Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract Child and Adolescent Nurse Practitioner to deliver essential clinical care for children, teens, and young adults. The role emphasizes diagnostic expertise, family engagement, and ethical practice, with live 30-minute video intake and regular follow-ups.

You will perform psychiatric evaluations, provide medication management, and refer patients to evidence-based therapy and coaching services in tandem with your care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or PA with psychiatry specialization and relevant certifications.
• Unrestricted state license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 2 years in practice.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Preference for experience with minors.
• Office space available to see clients.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive mental health medication management via 60-minute intake and follow-up visits.
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage medications.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Coordinate referrals to therapy and coaching services within Lyra’s network.
• Access to clinical consultations and specialty group meetings for rapid support.
