Job summary

Guidelight Health is seeking an Education Facilitator to support adolescents in our PHP/IOP programs. The role focuses on keeping students engaged in education while they receive behavioral health treatment, with a Monday–Friday schedule and 12pm–3pm hours, totaling about 15 hours per week.

The position is onsite in Brighton, MA, offering meaningful impact within a growing organization. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in education or related field, with 2+ years of experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, special education, or related field required.
• Minimum 2+ years working with adolescents, preferably in behavioral health or special education.
• Experience planning and facilitating curricula for diverse learners.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team including therapists and counselors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with schools and families to maintain educational progress during treatment.
• Provide individualized educational support and adapt curricula as needed.
• Liaise between schools and Guidelight Health staff for student needs.
• Develop educational strategies aligned with treatment goals.
• Ensure an environment supportive of academic and emotional well-being.
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate student records.
• Support study habits and time management for adolescents.
