Job summary

Guidelight Health Inc. seeks an Education Facilitator to support adolescents enrolled in our PHP and IOP programs, helping students stay on track with educational goals while in treatment. You will collaborate with families and schools to ensure continuity of learning.

This is a Monday–Friday Per Diem role, approximately 15 hours per week, with hours from 12pm to 3pm. You will tailor curricula, assess progress, and coordinate with therapists to align education with therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Special Education, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with adolescents in behavioral health or special education.
• Experience in planning and delivering curricula for diverse learners.
• Strong communication and collaboration with therapists and counselors.
• Commitment to equity and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with schools and families to maintain educational progress.
• Provide individualized educational support and adapt curricula.
• Liaise between schools and Guidelight Health staff to support student needs.
• Develop educational strategies aligned with treatment goals.
• Create an environment fostering academic achievement and emotional well‑being.
• Conduct assessments and document student progress.
• Coordinate with mental health professionals to integrate educational services.
• Guide adolescents to improve study habits and confidence.
