Guidelight Health Inc. seeks an Education Facilitator to support adolescents enrolled in our PHP and IOP programs, helping students stay on track with educational goals while in treatment. You will collaborate with families and schools to ensure continuity of learning.
This is a Monday–Friday Per Diem role, approximately 15 hours per week, with hours from 12pm to 3pm. You will tailor curricula, assess progress, and coordinate with therapists to align education with therapeutic goals.

The Education Facilitator plays a vital role in supporting the educational needs of adolescents participating in our PHP and IOP programs. This position ensures that students continue to engage in their educational goals while receiving treatment for their behavioral and mental health challenges.
