Qualifications

• 5+ years in Digital Marketing Technology (MarTech), web personalization, or related platforms.
• 2+ years of hands-on Adobe Target experience.
• Strong JavaScript development background and experience with Adobe Target APIs, Web SDK, and Launch (Tags).
• Experience with A/B Testing, personalization strategies and dynamic content delivery.
• Proficient in Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, cross-browser testing and front-end performance optimization.
