Job summary

Codilar is seeking an Adobe Target Sr. Technical Consultant for a remote role. You will lead client-facing Target implementations with 7–8 years of experience, guiding optimization, test goals, ROI, and measurement strategies.

You will apply JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS/HTML, web services, and SPA frameworks like Angular/React. Strong JSON/DOM, tag management, and UI/UX awareness are essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• 7-8 yrs of overall experience as a client-facing consultant in Adobe Target implementations.
• Strong exposure in campaign optimization, defining test goals, ROI, tracking metrics, sample size etc.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS/HTML, and Web services/APIs.
• Exposure to SPA frameworks – Angular, ReactJS etc.
• Strong JSON/DOM skills with knowledge of DOM manipulation and page load events.
• Familiarity with Tag management solutions, preferably Adobe Launch.
• Understanding of UI/UX and Mobile considerations.
• Knowledge of current W3C recommendations across browsers.
• Extensive experience across vertical industries (retail, media, financial services, high tech).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to manage change.

Description-

Must have

7-8 yrs. of overall experience as a client-facing consultant, working in Adobe Target implementations.

Strong exposure in campaign optimization, defining test goals, ROI, tracking metrics, sample size etc

. Basic-to-advanced JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS/HTML, Web services/APIs

Exposure to any SPA framework – Angular, ReactJS etc.

Strong experience with JSON and DOM related technologies with knowledge of DOM manipulation and page load events.

• Strong experience with Tag management solutions, preferably Adobe Launch.
• Familiarity with UI/UX and Mobile.

Familiarity with current W3C recommendations and their availability in common browsers

• Solid understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies.

Deep vertical industry experience (e.g., Retail, media, financial services, high tech, etc.)

• Passion for the internet domain and use of technology to solve business problems.

Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written.

Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success.

Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science with equivalent work experience.
