Strong expertise in building customer journeys, campaign development, platform support, and integrating Adobe Journey Optimizer with other Adobe Experience Cloud products. Responsibilities include solution design, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and enabling scalable, insight-driven omnichannel customer engagement.
