Job summary

Ascii Group, LLC is seeking an Adobe AJO/AEP Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts in the US. The role emphasizes hands-on AJO/AEP expertise, guiding customers through journeys, data schemas, and platform changes.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AJO/AEP solutions are essential. Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Experience with customer journeys, audience segmentation, personalization, XDM schemas, datasets, profiles and data ingestion.
• Ability to lead customer engagements and translate business requirements into scalable AJO/AEP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Provide proactive technical guidance, best practices, and support for platform changes and releases.
• Coordinate and drive complex technical issues with Support, Engineering, Consulting, and Customer Success teams.
• Lead customer engagements and articulate priorities to technical teams.
• Leverage experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions as needed.

• Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Campaign, CJA, Adobe Target, or Analytics is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage technical blockers, risks, and customer priorities.
