Job summary

Black & Veatch seeks a Consulting Manager to lead ADMS/DERMS/OT programs in a dynamic utility consulting environment. You will manage client engagements, develop strategies and implementation plans, and guide stakeholders through ADMS architecture and workflow discovery.

You will drive business case development, document current and future states, and contribute to system testing while collaborating with diverse teams across digital delivery and consulting practices.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in business and technology consulting.
• Experience with complex distribution infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of ADMS/DERMS and OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagement for complex, transformational programs in advanced distribution infrastructure.
• Support and lead development of business and technical strategy, business case and implementation plan for ADMS implementation.
• Lead client interviews and facilitate engagement among stakeholders in understanding ADMS functions, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Work with clients to document and/or discover current and future states business processes.
