Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Manager – Consulting to provide expertise around ADMS-OMS implementations and related utility OT projects. The role focuses on delivering innovative solutions, guiding strategic programs, and growing professional networks within our Infrastructure Advisory team.

You will work on complex client engagements, drive business development, and contribute to thought leadership while supporting project lifecycle from strategy through implementation across global

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business/tech consulting or OT vendor environment.
• Experience with ADMS projects and control systems.
• Hands-on experience in ADMS or other OT solutions.
• Knowledge of Grid Management & Modernization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagement for complex transformative programs in advanced distribution infrastructure.
• Develop business and technical strategy, business case and implementation plan for ADMS.
• Lead client interviews and coordinate stakeholders on ADMS functions and architecture.
• Document current and future state business processes with clients.
• Provide functional/technical expertise in Digital Grid and OT areas.
• Develop solution concepts and review vendor design documents.
