Job summary

Attractivate Consulting Solutions is seeking an ADMS/OMS Consultant to support utility clients implementing and optimizing Advanced Distribution Management Systems and Outage Management Systems. You will work at the center of grid modernization programs, translating business requirements into system configuration, testing, cutover planning, and go-live support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of experience with ADMS and/or OMS platforms in a utility environment.
Understanding of distribution network modeling, switching, and outage management processes.
Experience working directly with utility operations or engineering stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Configure, test, and support ADMS/OMS platforms (OSI Monarch, GE PowerOn, Survalent, Schneider, or similar) including outage prediction, switching order management, and network model integration.
Partner with distribution operations, engineering, and IT teams to translate business requirements into system configuration and workflow design.
Support integration between ADMS/OMS and GIS, SCADA, AMI, and mobile workforce management systems.
Participate in system testing, cutover planning, and go-live support for ADMS/OMS deployments.
Develop training materials and provide end-user support during rollout.
Troubleshoot data and connectivity issues between ADMS/OMS and upstream/downstream systems.
